What's Happening around Soda you ask?
In the studio:
For The Birds:
Now Recording their second EP for Soda Records. The record is moving along nicely boasting an even more chaotic sound then the last record, but still holding on to their Pop roots. Rex Dynamite holds down some thunderous drums and Katie Kabooms' vocals are pure and raw. "It's time to do it up right; give our fans a real good time; something to make them dance their ass off when they come to our shows", says Katie Kaboom.

Swaying Tuesdays:
Looks Like Swaying Tuesdays are going to be releasing a full length this Spring! This record is going to take their garage sound ten steps further and crank the reverb even harder . The record is ranging in moods from Led Zeppelin style metal,Buddy Holly sock hops and lush Beatles Harmony.
"After coming back from our first tour, we've really gained the confidence to just go for it, you know, you just gotta make yourself happy right?" says Brent Lee, main songwriter and guitarist. Well if this is what they're motivated to accomplish then the little tid- bits that I've heard are proving to be exactly what's happening.
Ice Cream For Everyone
Newly signed to Soda Records; these artists were discovered by label leader and long time Record Producer Shane Heath, while recording at One Star Studio. "Members from For The Birds came to me and said that they had gotten together with a mutual friend, Shawn Walters and had written a few tracks and wanted to record them," says Heath " of course from the first chord I knew we had something, so 4 hours into the session I 'popped' the question, the rest is history"
Ice Cream for Everyone is currently working on mixing their record and will be mastering later in March. Be sure to check out their page for the finished product and for a sneak preview in the next few weeks.

Swaying Tuesdays get accepted to CMW ! They will be playing a showcase on March 22nd at C'est What at 9pm.
Like Animals head out East for the first eastern Canada tour, They'll be hitting the following cities :
